HR and the Designated Safeguarding Lead help employees become familiar with these guidelines and provide ongoing support whenever clarification is needed, ensuring everyone feels confident in their role within the school.

Vacancies at United Lisbon are advertised on the school website, TES, and LinkedIn. Applications are reviewed carefully, and selected candidates are invited to interview with members of the leadership team. Depending on the role, further conversations or teaching discussions may follow. Professional references are requested before an offer is made, and successful candidates receive guidance through the next steps of joining the school.
